Are you a bright and structured person recently out of high school, who is looking for an opportunity to develop your personal and professional competencies? Then you could join us as an Office Assistant in Home.Earth.
It is a full-time position with independent work responsibilities, challenges and opportunities to grow. The position is a great opportunity to learn from a professional work environment, get hands-on experience with daily company operations and get insights into the real estate industry.
The role
As our office assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the team in realizing our purpose. You will be managing and coordinating the company’s administrative activities as well as ensuring a well-functioning office environment. The role offers a combination of opportunity to undertake new projects and ongoing responsibilities such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Supervise daily office operations and ensure the office is well-maintained from simple to more complex tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage IT systems, platforms, tech inventory and provide IT support
- Manage HR administrative tasks
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Plan office activities and team events
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks

Who you are
We are seeking a person with experience in a dynamic work environment, where you actively engaged with others, demonstrated strong ownership and solution oriented approach. This could, for instance, be from a restaurant/café/bakery, retail shop, office environment, or factory unit. The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn, but experience with some of the following is a strength:
- Digital skills and savviness for managing and understanding IT applications
- Familiarity with MS Office programs
- A desire to learn and courage to suggest as well as take on new things
- A proactive and creative approach to your work
- Independent and a high sense of responsibility with which you take ownership for solving things
- Service-oriented and fondness of interacting with people
- Work in a structured way and can prioritize between tasks
- Handle many different tasks and improvise as well as adapt to changing needs

The job is a full-time position based in Copenhagen. Working hours are between 9 and 17, and you are expected to be in the office every day.
You will be employed according to the Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) and salary range between 20.000 - 23.000DKK.
First day of employment is ideally November 1st.
